DinkTracker ("Service") is a recreational pickleball league management platform. By registering, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

League participation requires a one-time payment per league per season, processed via Stripe. Pricing is set by each league organizer. The payment covers the full season (typically 8 weeks). Refunds are handled at the discretion of the league organizer. DinkTracker collects a platform fee from each registration; the remainder goes to the league organizer.

Players agree to submit scores honestly, treat opponents with respect, and comply with league rules. DinkTracker reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misconduct.

DinkTracker integrates with DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) so league matches you play with us count toward your DUPR rating. Connection is opt-in via DUPR's "Sign in with DUPR" flow; you can revoke it at any time from your dashboard or directly from DUPR. Match submissions to DUPR are subject to DUPR's own terms and rating policies. See our Privacy Policy for what data we share with DUPR.

DinkTracker is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for injuries, disputes between players, data loss, or the accuracy of any third-party rating provided through integrations (including DUPR). Use at your own risk.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
